About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide rehabilitation services in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating residents and developing individualized OT treatment plans
- Selecting activities to promote residents' independence in daily tasks
- Assessing, observing, and documenting residents' progress through detailed reports
- Maintaining confidentiality and fostering collaboration within the healthcare team
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Current New York State OT License
- Experience in skilled nursing or geriatrics preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply
