Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time

Position Summary

As an Occupational Therapist, you will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions that help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life. You'll work closely with an interdisciplinary team committed to delivering outstanding patient care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and establish individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and home programs
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company policies

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the State of Michigan
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled Nursing Facility or post-acute experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Passion for helping older adults achieve their highest level of independence
