Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Assess and evaluate patient functional abilities
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living activities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Document patient progress and outcomes

Requirements

• Current Ohio license as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing score on the national certification exam

Skills

• Excellent clinical judgment
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
