About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients to promote independence and improve quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Evaluate patient needs and progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Texas.
- Current CPR certification.
- Experience in skilled nursing facilities preferred.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- At least one year of relevant work experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Skills
- Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
