About the role

Join a passionate rehab team at Guardian Angels Health & Rehabilitation Center in Hibbing, MN. This is a full-time opportunity for an Occupational Therapist / OT.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Assess patients' functional abilities and recommend appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Evaluate treatment outcomes and make adjustments as necessary

Requirements

• Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of MN
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
