About the role
Seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility with a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating residents and developing personalized OT treatment plans.
- Selecting activities to promote residents' independence in daily tasks.
- Assessing, observing, and documenting residents' progress through detailed reports.
- Maintaining confidentiality and fostering a cooperative relationship within the healthcare team.
Qualifications and skills
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
- Current New York State OT License or actively working toward licensure.
- Experience in a skilled nursing or geriatric care setting preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
