About the role

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitative care to residents in skilled nursing facilities and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate residents' recovery and help them regain independence in daily activities.
• Ensure timely progress and optimal outcomes for patients.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program, with at least a bachelor of science degree.
• Current certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or eligibility according to state guidelines.
• Valid occupational therapy license in the state of practice.
