Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full-Time

About the role

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our rehab team, working closely with clinical caregivers to support residents' full recovery and return to daily activities. Provide occupational therapy services to residents of skilled nursing facilities and outpatient clients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Evaluate residents' functional abilities and establish therapy goals.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to promote recovery, independence, and quality of life.
• Deliver occupational therapy interventions to support patient functional improvements.
• Work collaboratively within an integrated care model to ensure comprehensive patient recovery.
• Maintain documentation of treatments and progress in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program with at least a bachelor’s degree.
• Current certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or eligibility as per state guidelines.
• Valid occupational therapy license in the state of practice.
