Occupational Therapist (OT) FT
About the role
We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated in-house therapy team at AVIR AT ARBOR TERRACE. Our team provides care for a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions and offers opportunities to develop programs in areas such as cognition, memory care, and return to home.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized treatment plans for patients and residents
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Develop and implement therapy programs tailored to patient needs
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Support the mission of creating moments of joy and empowering our leaders
Requirements
- Current Texas OT license
- Experience in in-house therapy settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for providing high-quality care
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active registration as an Occupational Therapist in Texas
