Occupational Therapist (OT) Fredericksburg VA

Our medical center provides comprehensive musculoskeletal care, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, pain management, and podiatry—all in one integrated, team-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve daily function and independence (ADLs)
• Provide evidence-based therapy and patient education
• Train patients on adaptive techniques and assistive devices
• Collaborate with physicians and rehab team for coordinated care
• Track progress and adjust plans to maximize outcomes
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
• Active Virginia OT license (or eligible)
• Outpatient or orthopedic experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
