Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver in-house therapy using progressive treatment modalities to address various diseases and impairments.
• Ensure a positive rehab experience for patients and their families through responsive care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• Licensed in the state of practice.
• Previous rehab SNF experience preferred.
