About the Role
This position involves providing Occupational Therapy services to children within the Early Intervention program, which may include home or center-based settings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and assessments.
- Track child progress.
- Deliver therapy services as outlined in the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and professionals to support each child's goals.
- Complete documentation and progress notes.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
- Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- Possess a valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license in the state of practice.
- Department of Health (DOH) approval is necessary.
