About the Role

This position involves providing Occupational Therapy services to children within the Early Intervention program, which may include home or center-based settings.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments.
  • Track child progress.
  • Deliver therapy services as outlined in the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and professionals to support each child's goals.
  • Complete documentation and progress notes.

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
  • Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
  • Possess a valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license in the state of practice.
  • Department of Health (DOH) approval is necessary.
