Responsibilities

• Provide and direct occupational therapy services to children aged birth to three, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication
• Function under physician’s orders
• Perform evaluations and assessments and make updates to the IFSP
• Establish treatment schedule and deliver services as mandated in the IFSP
• Participate in family and caregiver education

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
• Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice
• Early Intervention Temporary or Full Credential
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Effective leadership and customer relationship skills
• Ability to exercise mature judgment with initiative in analyzing and solving problems
• Treats all clients with dignity, compassion, empathy and respect
• Proven track record with high volume workloads

Pay

• USD $52.00 - $56.00 per hour
• USD $3,000.00 sign-on bonus
