Occupational Therapist (OT) - Early Intervention

About the Role

Seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide services to children in various settings, including home and center-based Early Intervention programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and track child progress.
• Deliver therapy in accordance with the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and professionals.
• Complete necessary documentation and progress notes.
• Provide comprehensive OT services in diverse environments.
• Develop and implement therapy plans per IFSP guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Initial certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid, unencumbered occupational therapy license as required by state law.
• DOH approval is mandatory.
