About the Role
Seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide services to children in various settings, including home and center-based Early Intervention programs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations, assessments, and track child progress.
- Deliver therapy in accordance with the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and professionals.
- Complete necessary documentation and progress notes.
- Provide comprehensive OT services in diverse environments.
- Develop and implement therapy plans per IFSP guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited occupational therapy program.
- Initial certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid, unencumbered occupational therapy license as required by state law.
- DOH approval is mandatory.
