About the role

Eyas Landing - Avondale is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their multidisciplinary team in Chicago, IL. The position involves providing therapy through their Merlin Day Academy, an educational and therapeutic environment for children aged 6-14 with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and group therapy
• Implement client-centered therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), and reflex integration
• Collaborate daily with physical and speech therapists, and social workers
• Document progress and communicate with families to support continuity of care

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Illinois
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• $90,000 - $107,000 annual salary
