Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) Summer - Chicago

About the role

Eyas Landing, a leading therapeutic clinic in Chicago, IL, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their multidisciplinary team. The position involves providing evidence-based, play-focused pediatric therapy in a collaborative, innovative environment designed to help children thrive.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy and facilitate small group sessions for our therapeutic Summer Camp
• Implement client-centered therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Intentional Relationship Model (IRM), and reflex integration
• Collaborate daily with physical and speech therapists, and social workers
• Document progress and communicate with families to support continuity of care

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Licensed to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Illinois
• Experience working with children and families, particularly those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate about evidence-based therapeutic interventions and growth

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification
• Knowledge of sensory processing and integration, motor coordination, fine motor development, and independence

Benefits

• Competitive hourly rate: $38-$41/hour
• Flexible schedule: Part-Time; 10-15 hours/week
