We are recruiting an experienced In-House Part-Time Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility (SNF) team.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality occupational therapy services to residents in accordance with established standards of practice, department procedures, and productivity standards.
• Evaluate residents to obtain data necessary for treatment planning and develop a treatment plan that includes a target list, short-term, and long-term goals.
• Supervise and direct the Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) in the implementation of treatment plans.

Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passage of the National Certification examination for OT.
• Current OT License (or license-eligible) in Minnesota.
