We provide a range of clinical care programs and therapies, including physical, occupational, and speech therapies. Overview

Signature Rehab is dedicated to providing top rehab care to residents of Signature HealthCARE nursing homes nationwide, as well as other individuals on an outpatient basis. We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team.

How You Will Make a Difference

Under our integrated care model, rehabilitative therapists collaborate with other clinical caregivers to ensure residents and patients achieve full recovery and return to their daily activities.

What You Need To Make a Difference

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program, culminating in a bachelor-of-science degree.
• Certified with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or eligible for certification as required by state guidelines.
• Valid occupational therapy license in the state where services are rendered.
