Occupational Therapist (OT)

About the role

We are seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to assess, develop, and deliver personalized occupational therapy plans in a facility setting. You will help patients regain independence by addressing their physical needs, designing recovery programs, and training patients and caregivers. Collaboration with a team of professionals and referral to other specialists are key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical needs and develop personalized occupational therapy plans.
• Deliver therapy interventions in a facility setting.
• Design and implement recovery programs to help patients regain independence.
• Train patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and adaptive strategies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
• Refer patients to other specialists as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Initial certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Valid state occupational therapy license.

Pay

USD $50.00 - $60.00 per hour.
