As an Occupational Therapist, you will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy in facility-based settings, reporting to the Director of Rehab.

You will design programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence while addressing the whole patient. You’ll collaborate with peers, make referrals, and train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity. Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence.
• Address the whole patient, recognizing their individual needs and goals.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.
• Adapt to varied patient needs and work settings with flexibility and joy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license in the state of practice.

Pay

Posted Salary Range: USD $40.00 - USD $46.00 per hour.
