About the role

As an Occupational Therapist, you will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy in skilled nursing centers, assisted and independent living facilities, outpatient clinics, and home-based care. You will design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence, train patients and caregivers, and collaborate with peers to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
- Deliver occupational therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence.
- Address the whole patient, tailoring programs to individual needs and settings.
- Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.
- Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
- Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license in the state of practice.

Pay
Posted Salary Range: USD $45.00 - USD $53.00 per hour.
