Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
- Deliver occupational therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence.
- Address the whole patient, recognizing their individual needs and designing tailored programs.
- Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.
As an Occupational Therapist at Powerback, you will work in a facility-based environment, reporting to the Director of Rehab. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
- Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
- Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice.
Pay
Posted Salary Range: USD $40.00 - USD $50.00 per hour.
