Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy.
- Design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities and independence.
- Address the whole patient as an individual, adapting to their unique needs.
- Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure patients receive comprehensive care.
- Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.
As an Occupational Therapist at Powerback, you will work in a facility-based environment, reporting to the Director of Rehab. You’ll be part of a patient-centered approach that transforms recovery and helps patients regain their power.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
- Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license in the state of practice.

Pay
Posted Salary Range: USD $40.00 - USD $44.00 per hour.
