Occupational Therapist (OT)

Join the in-house rehabilitation team at City View Post Acute in San Francisco, CA. We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment. Both experienced clinicians and new graduates are welcome.

About the Role

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans to improve function, independence, and quality of life.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions addressing activities of daily living, strength, coordination, balance, mobility, and cognitive or physical limitations.
• Train residents in adaptive techniques, energy conservation, safety strategies, and use of adaptive equipment.
• Educate residents and families on therapeutic exercises, safety, and strategies for increasing independence.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Document evaluations, treatments, progress notes, and discharge planning accurately.
• Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary meetings.

Requirements

• Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Passion for rehabilitation and resident-centered care.
• Positive, collaborative, and compassionate approach to patient care.
• Strong documentation and time-management skills.
• New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.

Pay

$56–$62+/hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available.
