About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our interdisciplinary team. In this role you will work closely with residents to develop personalized therapy plans that improve functional abilities, independence, and overall well‑being, helping them maintain physical and mental health and a high quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify areas of need and develop targeted interventions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
• Provide education and training to residents, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques and strategies.
• Accurately document resident progress and therapy plans.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans.
