Occupational Therapist (OT)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized OT treatment plans
• Implement activities to promote residents' independence in daily tasks
• Assess, observe, and document therapy progress through detailed reports
• Maintain resident confidentiality and foster team collaboration

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
• Current New York State OT License or actively pursuing licensure
• Experience in skilled nursing or geriatrics preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
