About the role
Provides direct rehabilitation care in occupational therapy for patients based on physician referrals.
Responsibilities
- Developing and adjusting treatment plans
- Supervising therapy staff
- Documenting progress
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
- Following treatment plans
- Setting and modifying goals
- Overseeing therapy staff
- Documenting accurately
- Ensuring patient safety
- Contributing positively to team dynamics
- Demonstrating professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to policies
Qualifications
- NBCOT certification
- Licensure in the state
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
- CPR certification
- Preferred one year of experience (new grads are welcome)
