Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
- Directly deliver treatments and consult with patients on their rehabilitation needs.
- Participate in the development and supervision of the clinical program, including overseeing other licensed therapists, assistants, technicians, and aides as needed.
Requirements
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited school.
- Has a current state license and maintains license renewal according to the applicable State Licensing Board.
- Preferred with long-term acute care experience.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English, along with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications
