Occupational Therapist (OT)

About the role

The Horsham Center for Jewish Life is looking for Occupational Therapists to join our wonderful therapy team! Located in beautiful North Wales, PA, our facility contains 270 long-term care beds, 54 short-term rehabilitation beds, and 48 apartments in our personal care unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to residents throughout the facility.
• Provide comprehensive treatment plans including long-term and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities.
• Provide comprehensive treatments to patients utilizing modalities and modify treatment plans as indicated, while adhering to precautions.
• Participate in developing and implementation of resident assessments and care plans.
• Work with an interdisciplinary team to improve residents' quality of life by providing optimal care and address care plans.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited college with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Occupational Therapy that AOTA recognizes.
• Must provide current license and/or registration as Occupational Therapist.
• Experience with the geriatric population is preferred.
