Occupational Therapist in a facility setting, reporting to the Director of Rehab.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs
• Develop personalized recovery plans
• Deliver occupational therapy
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence
• Collaborate with team members
• Make referrals to ensure comprehensive care
• Focus on restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing patients' physical abilities and independence across diverse settings
• Provide patient-centered occupational therapy
• Support recovery and independence
• Collaborate with healthcare team
• Contribute to a positive, growth-oriented environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program
• Initial certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
• Valid, unencumbered state license
