Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized OT treatment plans
• Select activities to promote residents' independence in daily tasks
• Assess, observe, and document therapy progress with detailed reports
• Maintain confidentiality and foster a cooperative relationship within the healthcare team

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
• Current New York State OT License
• Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
