Powerback Rehab has a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) opportunity in Santa Fe, NM, in partnership with Genesis Healthcare. Increased pay is available in lieu of benefits. Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities and independence.
• Address the whole patient, recognizing their individual needs and goals.
• Adapt to varying patient needs and work settings with flexibility and joy.
• Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license in the state of practice (New Mexico).

Work Environment

• Location: In-facility setting in Santa Fe, NM.
• Reporting structure: Reports to the Director of Rehab.

Pay

Posted salary range: USD $40.00 - USD $55.00 per hour.
