About the Role

Occupational Therapist in a facility setting, reporting to the Director of Rehab.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop personalized recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities and independence.
• Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity.
• Collaborate with team members and make referrals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Initial certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid, unencumbered state license to practice occupational therapy.
