Occupational Therapist (OT)

We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility, with a $4,500 Sign-On Bonus.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
• Current New York State OT License
• Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop personalized OT treatment plans
• Select activities to promote residents' independence in daily living
• Assess, observe, and document residents' progress with detailed reports
• Maintain confidentiality and foster a cooperative healthcare team environment
