Occupational Therapist (OT)

Job Duties

• Providing excellent care for our patients
• Providing excellent customer service to our patients and family members
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure excellent care for you patients
• Evaluating new patients, developing plans of care and setting measurable, functional goals
• Treating patients, answering their concerns and educating them on their injury, progress and probable outcomes
• Re-evaluating patient progress, revising plans of care and resetting goals
• Completing timely and accurate documentation including; evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges and daily progress notes
• Supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of [State]
• Current BLS certification
