About the Role
Join our rehabilitation team and collaborate closely with clinical caregivers to facilitate residents' full recovery and return to daily activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to residents and outpatients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal care outcomes
- Adhere to state licensing and certification requirements
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program (minimum bachelor’s degree)
- Current certification with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy or eligibility based on state guidelines
- Valid occupational therapy license in the state of practice
