About the role

You will provide personalized occupational therapy to patients in their homes, helping them regain independence and perform daily activities safely.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Absess patient needs
• Set therapy goals
• Document progress
• Conduct assessments
• Recommend adaptive equipment
• Address fall risks
• Educate patients and families on care plans and exercises

Requirements

• An active OT license in CA
• At least one year of experience (preferably in home healthcare)
• CPR certification
