We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing facility. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Help patients improve daily living and functional skills
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and therapy records
Requirements
- Active OT license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skilled nursing or rehab experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply
