About the role

Provide essential therapy services, assess patient abilities, design and implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families
• Supervise therapy assistants
• Assist with discharge planning
• Document patient progress
• Seek consultations as needed
• Support adaptive equipment recommendations

Requirements

• Current state Occupational Therapist license
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire
