About the Role

Responsible for coordinating and delivering occupational therapy services to patients across all age groups, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and evaluating patient progress. Collaborates effectively with interdisciplinary teams, communicates with patients and families, and maintains accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Active occupational therapy license in the practice state.
• Ability to perform essential functions, including effective communication and visual acuity.
• Preferred 1-3 years of clinical patient care experience.
