About the Role

Responsible for coordinating and delivering occupational therapy services, developing individualized treatment plans, and evaluating patients across all ages.

Responsibilities

• Perform age-specific assessments and deliver therapy based on patient needs.
• Develop, modify, and implement treatment programs using functional activities.
• Provide direct therapy in various settings, coordinating with medical and nursing teams.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
• Participate in professional development, program development, and supervise interns.

Requirements

• Active occupational therapy license in the practice state.
• Preferred 1-3 years of clinical experience.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and confidentiality skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations and adhere to safety and regulatory standards.
