InHome Therapy is hiring multiple part-time and full-time licensed Occupational Therapists (OT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Vero Beach. We offer a flexible schedule, consistent caseload, and a team that supports you.

Compensation and Benefits
- IHT Milestone Reward Program – earn up to $15,000 in career milestone payments (paid in $5,000 increments as you build your career – you set the pace; details provided at offer stage)

- The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $70–80 per visit
Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community
- Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals
- Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
- Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards
Requirements
- Active occupational therapy (OT) license in good standing
- BLS CPR certification
- Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
- Basic comfort with technology – email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)
This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
