About the role

InHome Therapy is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our team as Therapy Assistants. Our ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and a willingness to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed therapists in providing therapy sessions to patients in their homes
• Support patients with daily living activities and medication management
• Document patient progress and communicate with therapists and families
• Ensure compliance with all safety and confidentiality protocols

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Passing scores on background checks and drug screens

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or chronic illnesses is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Basic computer skills
• First aid and CPR certification preferred
