Occupational Therapist, OT ($15,000 Bonus!)

About the role

InHome Therapy is hiring a full-time licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Lancaster. We offer a flexible schedule, consistent caseload, and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

Requirements

• Active occupational therapy (OT) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology – email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Compensation

• IHT Milestone Reward Program – earn up to $15,000 in career milestone payments (paid in $5,000 increments)
• Evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $60 - $75 per visit
• IHT OT Clinical Excellence Bonus – earn additional weekly pay based on visit complexity and volume
