About the role

FOX Rehabilitation’s Emerging Professionals Mentor Program is designed for newly graduated Occupational Therapists seeking mentorship and independence to launch their careers. You’ll join a team revolutionizing care for older adults while receiving the support needed to become a confident, successful, and well-rounded professional.

Who we’re looking for

• Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Occupational Therapist.
• Graduate from an accredited OT program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Exceptional patient service delivery, outstanding interpersonal skills, and consistent clinical excellence.
• Desire to develop professionally and passion for patient-centered care.
• Basic computer literacy.
