Occupational Therapist (New Grad Mentor Program) - Greater Annapolis, MD

About the role

FOX Rehabilitation’s Emerging Professionals Mentor Program offers newly graduated Occupational Therapists an exciting career in a supportive and innovative setting.

Responsibilities

• Treat in a rewarding home setting with 1:1 patient care and 60-minute sessions.
• Manage a manageable caseload of 6-8 patients per day.
• Set your own flexible schedule, with no nights or weekends required.
• Receive comprehensive benefits including Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, and paid time off.
• Earn additional income through treating additional patients or referrals.

Requirements

• A licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Occupational Therapist in MD.
• Graduate from an accredited OT program.
• CPR Certification.
• Exceptional patient service delivery, outstanding interpersonal skills, and clinical excellence.
• A passion for patient-centered care.
• Basic computer literacy.

Qualifications

• No prior in-home or home health experience required.
• Gain hands-on training and a dedicated mentor to become a confident clinician.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate personal needs.

Pay

The standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $70,000 - $105,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) positions will be pro-rated.
