About the Role
FOX Rehabilitation is seeking Occupational Therapists, including newly graduated professionals, to join their team in Greater Edgewater, MD. The role involves providing outpatient services in a home setting, with a focus on delivering 1:1 patient care to older adults. The position offers participation in FOX's Emerging Professionals Mentor Program, designed to support new graduates through mentorship and hands-on training.

Requirements
- A licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Occupational Therapist in MD.
- Graduate from an accredited OT program.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Exceptional patient service delivery, outstanding interpersonal skills, and consistent ability to demonstrate clinical excellence, as well as a desire to develop professionally.
- A passion for patient-centered care.
- Basic computer literacy.
Pay
In Maryland, the standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $70,000 - $105,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated.
