Occupational Therapist (New Grad Mentor Program) - Greater Ellicott City, MD

About the role

FOX Rehabilitation’s Emerging Professionals Mentor Program offers a unique opportunity for newly graduated Occupational Therapists to launch their careers in a supportive and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Treat in a rewarding setting that provides the training, support, and mentorship needed to succeed.
• Manage a manageable caseload of 6-8 patients per day on average.
• Provide high-quality, individualized treatment sessions lasting up to 60 minutes.
• Set your own flexible schedule, with no nights or weekends required.
• Earn additional income through treating additional patients or receiving referral bonuses.

Requirements

• A licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Occupational Therapist in MD.
• Graduate from an accredited OT program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Exceptional patient service delivery, outstanding interpersonal skills, and consistent clinical excellence.
• A passion for patient-centered care.
• Basic computer literacy.

Pay

The standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $70,000 - $105,000 annually, with opportunities to earn more.
