Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy to help patients improve physical, cognitive, and social functioning
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers

Requirements

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Arkansas
• Experience in outpatient settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
