Rehab - Freeman Springdale Hospital
Responsibilities
- Independently evaluates patients
- Develops a treatment plan based on goal-directed objectives
- Delivers and documents care
- Provides discharge planning on all physician-referred patients
- Supervises and directs the treatment and activity of support staff
- Performs tasks in compliance with professional code of ethics, standards of practice, state/national regulations, hospital standards, and departmental policies/procedures
Requirements
- Current Arkansas Occupational Therapy License
- Prior experience preferred, new graduates accepted
Qualifications
- Expertise and knowledge in occupational therapy
- Ability to work independently and supervise support staff
- Compliance with professional and regulatory standards

- Strong clinical skills
